I participate in the Blue Points program. There are a lot of redemption options which are great. sometimes i cannot decide which ones to redeem. I was wondering, however, if BCBS would consider a redemption option that allowed or could be used against ones annual deductible? for example, redeem 1000 points to reduce deductible by 10$ or something similar to that. It's worth a thought??? thank you.
