At your last doctor’s visit, how much time did you wait to see your doctor (both lobby area and in-room waiting)?

Yesterday we had reenrollment with BCBS. I thought the processs done by phone would be difficult to do. I was very surprised at how fast the process was and how quickly and efficient my representatives, Clint and Angela, were in updating my info and answering my questions. I love that my employer has kept BCBS as our insurance company. I even received a letter recently reminding me to take one of those "major" screenings in the new future. What other company does that for their clients. Thanks BCBS.

My husband's company has BCBS and I am under his plan. I feel very secure in having our health insurance through BCBS and hope that they continue it next year also. When I have to make a phone call to a representative with the BCBS they are always friendly and answer all of my questions. The co-pays have gone up but I understand that all health care costs are going up. In spite of this they offer an excellent package.

I waited between 15-30 mins. between the lobby and then for the dr. to come in with chat time and time with the nurse for blood work, etc.
