Have you ever visited bcbsnc.com on your mobile device (smart phone, iTouch, iPad)?

I attempted to sign into the portal for Blue Points from my Droid, and never could get the site to work. I was able to browse around the BCBS main site, but never could accomplish my ultimate goal. That was a frustration. I don't think I'll be visiting the site again from my phone, mainly because it's just difficult reading anything on the site when it's that small, and if I can't log my Blue Points from there (which would've been a heck of a lot more convenient than having to log onto my laptop), there's not really a reason to return.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you are frustrated. At this time, the Blue Points section of our website is not mobile optimized. As a result, it is not easy to navigate from a smartphone. However, we are currently working on the development of a Blue Points mobile app. This should make logging your Blue Points easier than ever. Stay tuned!!

An app would be awesome! Even better than trying to go through the browser to log points. Good luck getting it ready for us! :-) Thanks!

I don't have a smart phone. When you are drafting responses to your questions you need to have an option avialable for people who are not participating. You would get some very useful data moving forward. The questions sometimes offer no option - I don't want to answer a question that really doesn't address my current status.
