Some People will continue to do as they want with no reguard to their Health. There is a group that will never change. It will be hard to show them the dangers of this problem.

I don't feel people will change. It is just too easy to eat away from home and I feel like that is the problem. Portions are way too big.

I think it can change, I have seen it but it takes a great deal of determination and discipline on the individaul's part. It's to easy to eat unhealthy!

Young people are being taught about nutrition more aggressively than they were when I was a kid. I think the younger generation will end up less obese.

Most people aren't willing to do what it takes to lose weight. And the poor have a hard time affording the good healthy foods.

Unfortunately it will always be a problem. The commericals on tv are constantly endorsing the unhealthy foods. Continual education is a key to educating our country on the effects of a poor diet. Making foods affordable is the key.

STRUGGLING WITH WEIGHT MYSELF, I KNOW THAT WHEN I SHOP FOR FOODS IN TODAYS ECONOMY I HAVE TO BUY WHATEVER IS CHEAP AND MOST OF THE TIME THAT IS THE PROCESSED FOODS AND ANYTHING THAT IS NOT GOOD FOR US. IF THE HEALTHIER FOODS WERE AROUND THE SAME PRICE AS THE JUNK FOODS MORE PEOPLE COULD AFFORD TO EAT HEALTHY. THESE DAYS PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE SO WHATEVER IS ON SALE IS WHAT YOU GET. IF YOU WANT US TO GET HEALTHY THEN WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME HELP. IT IS UP TO US TO EXERCISE BUT FOOD IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL WHEN YOU HAVE LIMITED MONEY AND A FAMILY TO FEED.

I think it will decrease as more and more health plans provide incentive to members who are healthier.

We will always have the problem. The commericals tell people that they need all of the foods that are good for them. It is sad indeed that consumers do not become more proactive until their health is affected.
