I keep on moving much of the day until bedtime.

I am retired.

My job varies, some days we are busy and I am quite active. Other days require continuing education or monitoring.

I walk around a lot, but I also get some training in, which requires me to sit down in a classroom-type setting.

Even though most of the time, I am stuck in front of my desk, I try to make it

a point to get up and walk around about every hour.

I have to move around the lab, but I do spend a good part of the day sitting at my desk or at my bench.
